Old-Fashioned Swiss Steak
I always remember this with green peppers, so I added one. I accidently grabbed a can of Ro-Tel and it was great. I never actually looked at the picture, but served it with mashed potatoes and green beans too. Excellent winter night dish.

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken
This was ok, not great. Followed the recipe exactly (except for the amount of oil), it was just average. I think I'll use the slow cooker to make shredded chicken for other dishes.

Green Onion Wraps
These are always a hit with men and women. Try using spreadable flavored cream cheese in a tub, add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread on pastrami and roll around the onion. It's not supposed to be a one bite appetizer.
