Shrimp Salad with Vinaigrette
I substituted 3 Tbl of my homemade pepper jelly for the pimento in this. It got rave reviews from our guests. Much prefer this to the mayonnaise-based shrimp salad.

Zucchini Cheese Garlic Appetizer
This is very tasty, and easy to make. I agree with another reviewer who thought it was bland. It would benefit from some crushed red pepper flakes, I think. I baked it in a cookie sheet, which made it exactly the right thickness for my hors d'oevres.

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs
I loved this recipe, but couldn't help myself from augmenting it. I added a heaping tablespoon of my homemade red pepper jelly, and minced the bacond and shredded cheddar cheese VERY finely. The egg mix went through a large star tip just fine, and I had to hide the eggs from my husband (I was making them for a baby shower).
