Unbelievable Fish Batter
I thought this batter was fantastic. It really will take on whatever flavor you want to add to it. I added a bunch of old bay and used the fish for fish tacos. I don't deep fry very often, but if I need a batter, this is the one I will go to! Thanks for posting!

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Hamburger Hash
This was pretty good. I think on its own it would be a little bland, but with a few spice additions (garlic, cajun seasoning, a little parsley, carmalized onions, and carrots) it was good. A welcome addition to the rotation. Thanks for posting!!
