I am semi-retired. I have a large extended family. I have always managed a household and had a career outside the home. I enjoy eating out and trying new things. I love to cook new recipes with old ingredients. I like to make creative casseroles. On holidays we always have a southern style baked ham and traditional dishes with one or two new ones thrown in. Creating a true Italian dinner for an Italian friend. A baking dish that exploded with my Grouper New Orleans in it.
