Roasted Red Pepper Soup

I'd make it again...added some cream and had to roast peppers myself since i couldn't find the cans. too much tortellini i thought...

Italian Beef in a Bucket

This was a big hit! I used hot giardinara which definitely gave it a big KICK! next time i might try mild or medium.
