Spicy Vegan Potato Curry
This was a bit on the spicy side for my kids. I used tomato paste instead of diced tomatos, which seemed to work fine. Next time i will decrease the amount of cayenne pepper.

Scrumptious Strawberry Shortcake
I expected this cake to be moist and tasty. It was very dry and flavorless. I'm sure it is more authentic but I was very disappointed.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
This bread was excellent! I used 1 cup of yogurt instead of the buttermilk and it was nice and moist. A definite must try!
