My cooking experience is somewhat limited. Growing up, I didn't learn to cook. I was a spoiled girl who did not have to do any chores, I just had to do my homework. I actually learned to cook in high school, consequently I cannot cook a thing unless I have a recipe. I watch cooking shows every so often, and like the cooks on tv, I prepare my ingredients and place them in seperate bowl/plates, then I cook. Lots of dishes as you can imagine. I cook/prepare most of my sons meals, and try to cook most meals for my boyfriend and myself. My challenge : my food bill tends to be high, and I know this has to do with my inexperience.
I have a son, 15 months old, and a boyfriend, 35 years old. I am the cook in the house.
My favorite things to cook
I dont think I have a favorite, I enjoy cooking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
No traditions yet, we are a new family. Pizza is a favorite, but warming up a frozen pizza isn't really cooking.... is it?
My cooking triumphs
garlic bread. I accidently made delicious garlic bread. I made the bread, and the garlic butter.
My cooking tragedies
hmmmm...... so many.....
