About this Cook
My cooking experience is somewhat limited. Growing up, I didn't learn to cook. I was a spoiled girl who did not have to do any chores, I just had to do my homework. I actually learned to cook in high school, consequently I cannot cook a thing unless I have a recipe. I watch cooking shows every so often, and like the cooks on tv, I prepare my ingredients and place them in seperate bowl/plates, then I cook. Lots of dishes as you can imagine. I cook/prepare most of my sons meals, and try to cook most meals for my boyfriend and myself. My challenge : my food bill tends to be high, and I know this has to do with my inexperience. I have a son, 15 months old, and a boyfriend, 35 years old. I am the cook in the house.
My favorite things to cook
I dont think I have a favorite, I enjoy cooking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
No traditions yet, we are a new family. Pizza is a favorite, but warming up a frozen pizza isn't really cooking.... is it?
My cooking triumphs
garlic bread. I accidently made delicious garlic bread. I made the bread, and the garlic butter.
My cooking tragedies
hmmmm...... so many.....

WOW! This recipe is sooooo yummy! Very filling, tasty, great for cold weather. My 16 month old is very taken with it as well. A definite keeper!
