Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce
These enchiladas were really good, just need to be more spicy, I used 2 cans of green chiles.

Hamburger Soup
My husband and I loved this soup. I just added potatoes and skipped the thickening mixture.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
This recipe came out very good. As another reviewer suggested, I tried using flavored instant potatoes. It did come out a little bit salty so I might try plain potatoes next time. Other than that it was great!
