Easy Chicken Fajita Soup
Yum-O! Couldn't find fire-roasted tomatoes, so used regular and fire-roasted green chiles in place of poblano peppers. It looked great, and tasted even better the second day than the first.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili
This was very easy to make, and nutritious as well. I will definitely add to my recipe box and make again.
