Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs
Delicious and so simple. Like the other reviews, it did take longer for all the water to evaporate. I cooked my pork side ribs in a large skillet on high and it took approx. 45 minutes. I didn't have some of the ingredients, so I used lemon juice and dried parsley. It was still great. Next time I'll try fresh limes. This ones a keeper.
