This bread was yummie!! First time baking a blueberry cake.. My bread took 1 hr & 15 mins to bake, I guess cuz I used a 9' round cake pan..since I wanted the streusel on top & didnt wanted to use a bundt pan..but Ill soon get a springform pan.. I followed the recipe as is, except for the streusel part of the brown sugar, I used 1/2 cup & also used the butter soften n I think cuz of tht I had to add more flour to it, so it can have a crumble texture, cuz it looked like cookie dough... but overall it turned out DELICIOUS!! will keep this recipe n bake again diff!!

DELICIOUS COOKIES!! first time I baked sugar cookies from scratch, unlike the pillsbury cookie dough tht everyone has bake. I loved this recipe.. I made 3 batches.. sugar, sugar w sprinkles, n last just plain!! Ill keep this recipe!! thanks

I loved this recipe!!! Maybe next time I'll add more crushed pineapple!! For the glaze, I cooked a can of crushed pineapple w brown sugar n some butter...I wanted to garnish the bread w the pineapple when serving the bread, I used the liquid as glaze and poke wholes on the bottom of the bread w a fork... Turned out DELICIOUS!! this recipe is a KEEPER!! I encourage all to do this bread, if u love pineapple breads ;)

Its a good recipe!! Just its small batter... I did two cookies w/out chocolate chip cuz im allergic to chocolate, but it was yummie..so i can use this batter to make cookies w/out chocolate cookie!! Def. a keeper for my brothers when they want chocolate chip cookies!!!

This bread was good. The only thing that I changed from the recipe was tht I added more lemon juice thn what it called for, [as many reviewers said it was missing the lemon flavor] I did the glaze n brush it on one side, but didnt do it all over the bread, as it would be too lemony, next time ill poke holes n pour the glaze over the cake while its still in the pan. next time ill jsut put the amount of lemon juice the recipe asks for..

I absolutely LOVED this bread!! first time I baked it and it turned out DELICIOUS!!! I did the glaze differently, I used half an orange w 1/2 cup conf. sugar n brushed the glaze on the bread, I used a butterfly bundt pan. I was thinking of poking holes on the bread & pouring the glaze & then brush the glaze on it..but since Im not much of a risk taker w my breads, I just glazed it...but next time I'll poke holes n pour the glaze so it could have more of an orange flavor... I do recommend this recipe, it is a KEEPER!! Thanks for the RECIPE!! =)

I ommited the almond n glaze as no one likes almond @ home..but it had the almond extract!! I added some coconut flakes and the taste was yummie. My cake came out some what dark, I suppose it must be cuz of the bundt pan, as I read a review the same thing happen to another person. everyone at worked loved this cake, it was gone the next day. I will bake this again n again...this is a keeper!!!

This recipe was easy!!! At first I was being doubtful tht it wasnt gonna come out good. Reasons why, 1- batter was a little bit, thts why i thought it wasnt gonna rise 2- cinnamon n sugar, i thought i had put a lot between the batter 3- the batter was sweet n had a condensed milk look. I changed the recipe in 2 things. 1st I used 1 TBSP of oil 2. I put a bit of VANILLA EXTRACT as basically all breads have vanilla, so I felt it was missing tht. The only thing tht threw me off was, whn I tooked out the bread teh cinnamon n sugar i had put on the top didnt cooked all of it ...so it was still as how i put it whn i sprinkled it on the top batter. so I had to throw that away...but besides tht the cake was good.. I am definately, baking this cake again, but next time maybe w less cinnamon n sugar!!! Happy BAKING!!!

I made this recipe for New Years Eve!! Turned out GREAT & DELICIOUS!! just a few changes I made to it.. I used Pineapple Flavor Cake Mix, Coconut flakes I put it w the crush pineapple, the only bad thing of this was tht my top layer bread 2 pineapples got stuck to the baking dish, maybe I took a bit long with the bottom layer to take it out..but overall the taste was GREAT!! every one loved the BREAD!!! I WILL BAKE THIS BREAD AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!!

I love this bread!! Made it for the holidays...very easy n enjoyable!!!

i did my bread diff, 1/3 c of sugar, 1/4 c of yogurt, 4 banannas, 1/2 t vanilla. i overcooked it as this was my first time & every time i would insert the knife to see if it was cooked, it would come out w some sticky batter, adn i gave it 45 extra mins, as in the recipe it says, the toothpick needed to come out clean, so thts wrong in the recipe. the four bananas didnt do much, still needed more of the banana flavor...so next bread ill add more bananas. but overall, it was a good recipe... i will try this again w more bananas n maybe some banana extract n omit vanilla extract!!
