I am a 20 year old guy who enjoys baking. It is how I release stress after a long day of classes. I am studying Accounting and Finance and hope to open a bakery some day. I quite enjoy cooking whatever I can. Baking and Grilling are my two favorite methods. Anything that fits into those methods becomes my favorite to cook. Every Christmas there are so many cookies to make and the made-from-scratch (as everything should be) cinnamon rolls from the family recipe. I was pleasantly surprised when I first started altering recipes I found. This was a sign that I understood the basics of what I was doing...at least a little bit. Fondant. It didn't turn out so well... at all.
