Mini Meatloaves
Good recipes, followed exactly. Husband really enjoyed this. Liked how the small size kept moisture in, I think I will always make mini meatloaves!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
Wasn't sure that it would be THAT different than the usual (with canned soup)but Oh my Goodness!! My husband ate 4 servings (no leftovers) Really tasty, made exactly as written I think the difference is the slight sweetness the fresh veggies give it along with the breadcrumbs and cheese on top...a keeper!

Easy Chicken Fajita Soup
Made just as written (with the exception of an anaheim chili instead of the poblano since the store didn't have). It was really good and the family loved it.
