Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

I made these AWESOME taters for my hubby. He LOVED them!! The key is to use the biggest potatoes you can find. I added some garlic and pepper for extra flavor. They came out VERY good.

Banana Nut Bread III

This was a WONDERFUL recipe. I used the last batter for muffins instead of a second loaf. Even they came out so beautiful and tasty. I did add more banana then it called for.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Truly wonderful and easy!! Great stuff!! Try using 1/2 brown sugar though! :) I also added some pecans. It was delicious.

Peanut Butter Cookies VII

I added a little extra peanut butter and did half shortening, half butter... It worked out beautifullY!! I may consider a touch of cinnamon in the next batch. I used parchment paper instead of greasing the cookie sheets. It allows you to move fast because you have less clean up.
