I am married with 2 teenage boys @ home & 2 grown children. I work full time plus so I love easy recipies that I can whip together quickly. I enjoy doing crafts in my spare time, camping, spending time with my 2 granddaughters and friends & family. I love to spend all day on a weekend and put together a fabulos meal for dinner. In the summer time I love to cook outside on the grill. During the week I love quick & easy. Something I can put together the night before or in the morning & toss in the oven or crock pot before I head out to work in the morning is perfect. Making homemade ice cream & beef jerky on Christmas Eve is our biggest tradion. We also enjoy whipping up other things together & experimenting with food. My husbands lastest trend is hot & spicy pickles. I usually have very good luck when cooking and I receive lots of compliments and requests. My baked beans & potato salad are among the most popular requests. Most of the time I don't stick to a specific recipe, but like to modify & change things up a little. I'm not claiming to be perfect by any means, but I don't know if I've had an experience that I can call a tradgey. There was a time last winter when making homemade cream soup that my husband decided to add crab meat. Now that was a true tradgey!!
