SOOOO good. I literally just took it out of the oven about 20 minutes ago, and it is muy bueno. The cake itself is so fluffy and moist.. I didn't have any almonds or mace (used nutmeg like others) and it was still good. I also realized, when it was time to put everything in the pan that I did not have a 13x9 pan... so I used an 8x8 and here's the weird part - it all still fit into the 8x8 (granted it was overflowing somewhat at the top, but not enough to cause any problems). I still would suggest doin the 13x9 because I bet it would taste even better in thinner pieces. One last thing, serve warm with vanilla icecream and you will cream yourself. it is that good.

mmm... this was so good. I just used what was around the kitchen - carrots, yellow pepper, tomato, bunch of garlic and onion, spinach and canned black beans instead of red. It turned out great!! i used olive oil instead of veggie oil and pasta sauce instead of tomato - i also suggest using more sauce than what is suggested. i also put more spices than what was called for and added cayenne pepper as well as some hot sauce to heat it up. i added mozarella cheese to half of that top and it's great with or without the cheese. yum yum yum.

WOW. these make some delicious cookies. One suggestion is not to use the full amount of butter.. i mean of course it was good...but maybe a wee bit too buttery (if that's possible). But, TRY THIS RECIPE!! you will not be let down! so wonerful :)
