I've been to so many restaraunts in my life(good, bad, ugly) that i was compelled to creat everything great entre i've had. I'm a musician by trade and prefer to think of cooking as an art form. It is very relaxing and i find myself thinking of new recipes at work:) Half of my family comes from Syria and the other half Ireland. Needless to say we have some interesting recipes and cooking traditions.
