Czech Roast Pork
This was an awesome dish:) Even my husband was happy with it and he is not a big pork person. I made the recipe as is so could rate it based on the recipe. It was yum, but for my husbands personal prefrence we will use 1 tbsp of the caraway seed next time :)

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
very nice and easy recipe. I made a couple of modifications based on my busy schedule during the Christmas holidays. I used uncooked chicken breasts and cooked it in the slow cooker. The last half hour I put in the noodles. My husband who was outside shoveling snow during our huge winter snow storm really appreciated having an awesome soup on hand to warm up with! Oh, one other thing I changed... I put in the chicken broth and instead of a vegetable broth, I put in a can of cream of chicken since we like a creamier soup. I may put just a tad bit a pepper in it as well since both he and I like a more peppery flavor. However, I felt that it was just perfect :)

Holiday Cranberry Chutney
The flavor was just wonderful. Even the children loved the flavor. What I did was spread some spreadable regular cream cheese over a cinnamon graham cracker and then dolloped the chutney on top of that. I could not keep any due to it being a hit!! Will definitly make this again and again!
