Sugar Cookie Icing
This recipe works great, dries smooth and shiny , spreads easily. Just had to add a little extra milk and syrup to get the right consistency.

Campfire Potatoes
We made this on a camping trip last year and LOVED it!!!! No dishes to wash because I cooked extra bacon at breakfast. Great flavor. Will definately be making this when we camp again. Can also be made on the grill.

Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Pretty good. I too used the remainder of the stuffing on top of the chicken breasts, used boneless skinless and added more seasonings, salt, pepper and garlic salt. I like that it was simple enough that I had all the ingredients on hand.
