Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Really good cookies. I couldn't get my cookies to be more cookie like and less bread like. Either way they were delicious. I probably added more spices and brown sugar.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I had no idea I could make bread this good! It didn't last too long at my house. The only thing I change was adding a little less white sugar and a little more brown sugar. Can't wait to make it again!
