Yummy!! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was really tasty and so easy! I listened to the other reviewers and used french vanilla pudding and the honey crackers. I also used the Betty Crocker dark chocolate frosting and it was a big hit with everyone.

This was very easy and tasty, however the entire house filled with smoke and I literally had to open all the windows and have my husband take our baby outside. Now I'm no cook, but I thought this was odd because I followed the directions exactly as they were written. Next time I will cook at a lower heat and forget about trying to pop the peppercorns, because this was when the oil began to burn and fill the house with smoke (and they never popped anyway).

I am so not a cook, so when I found this recipe it sounded so easy I thought I'd give it a try. I cooked the chicken in garlic butter and also added broccoli prepared in garlic butter as well. I don't eat meat so I didn't get to try any of this myself. However I made a huge portion of this for 3 adults and my 13 month old son and didn't have ANY leftovers. They loved it, my Mom even asked for the recipe! I will definitely make this again!
