Orange Teriyaki Chicken

I made a sandwich out of this. I used leftover baked chicken sliced it left in marinade for 4-6 hours. Warmed it in a pan served with sliced red onion on a toasted wheat bun. Taste like that sandwich shop.

I LOVE this...what's not to love! I did over bake my cookie a little so watch yours closely. I did add the small chocolate chips instead of nuts. My dream chocolate come true!

Creamed Eggs on Toast

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2009
I did add finely diced ham as other review had said...It doesn't look as bad as I thought it would but tasted GREAT. Good comfort food/great for budget. I do (as other reviewer) keep hard boiled eggs on hand for salads, breakfast, etc.

I did use whole wheat spaghetti/left out the pimientos(didn't have them)/added a little more milk. The grandkids LOVED it. I served broccoli with it for a easy use of leftover chicken(Mine was baked with dry herb soup mix on it)

What's not to love..meat and potatoes? I did add dry beefy onion soup mix as I like it with my beef. This is simple enough for everyday or elegant enought for company. Next time I might make as a turnovers for company!

Hearty Chicken Strata

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
I used boxed stuffing mix instead of bread cubes/left out the potatoes. I also added an extra egg as I like my Stratas alittle more custardy. When I first mixed this up I really questioned this/when it came out it was really good I used leftover chicken great way to use up leftovers!

This was really good! I did add rye bread "croutons" to the top at last 5 minutes. Also I used bavarian style sauerkraut and 1 3/4 cup of thousand island dressing. I used the dressing recipe found on the allrecipes web site.

Beef Cabbage Hash

The only thing I did different was use beef broth instead of water. I did use more like other reviews said/it was more soupy but still really good. Next time a little less broth. Made it in crockpot worked really well. Had a friend over we both had seconds and still had leftovers for her and I lunch next day.

Cheeseburger Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Love this have made it for alot of dinners/potluck/tailgate. The only thing I have changed is that I use frozen hashbrowns sometimes. This holds well in a crockpot. Special note to Arlene I made this for a friends family that had just lost their father. They loved it I took it by that day and they still are thanking me so thank you for making my friends more comfortable on this day.

PHILLY Baked Crab Rangoon

I have made this many times and always get request for the recipe. I make mine into pockets by folding over into envelopes. These reheat well. I have never had them get hard. You can drop them into frying oil to reheat but this adds to calorie count!

Made this for a open house/dinner I had last night. I did do as a review said and added more peanut butter. I made 2 batches the first I melted the marshmellows on stove with it till swirlled. It looked very elegant...the other batch I topped with marshmellows, chocolate chips and peanuts then broiled till marshmellows were lightly browned. These were the first to go and everyone wanted the recipe.
