Sweetened Whipped Cream
I used 2 cups of cream and used about 7 tbs of sugar and about 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla and it was GREAT!!! I made it for a strawberry shortcake, but it almost didn't make it that far, we started eating it out of the bowl!

Yogurt Cake
Very good! I had been looking for a recipe like this that resembled one that I used to use a while back. I used two 6 oz containers of lemon yogurt to make it moister, and I double the lemon extract. It was so good!
