I'm married with 4 teenage kids, 3 dogs (Doberman, Boxer, Yorkie) and 3 Sulcata Tortises. I've been cooking for more years then I can count. I really like to bake. I am also an avid recipe collector. I can read recipes for hours. My favorite is Mexican. I also love to bake cookies, cakes and quick breads. this has to be cookies at Christmas. We make enough to share with family and friends. I won a desert contest, at my husbands company picnic. I also make a killer lasagna. When me & my husband first started dating, I made some ribs that my mom gave me when they cleaned out the freezer, I did'nt know they had freezer burn. My husband ate it with a smile on his face, and even came back for 2nds! They were awful, he has never let me forget.
