French Baguettes
My first attempt at making bread, and it turned out amazing! I split the dough into 4 loaves, and put them on a greased baking pan sprinkled with cornflour. Also, I took some of the other reviewers comments into consideration and put in a cup of water on the bottom rack of the oven to create a steam environment - the crust (with the egg white wash) stayed crispy and the inside was nice and soft. I may allow the bread to rise a little more next time to get a bit more airy texture. Still a fantastic recipe and definitely worth 5 stars!

Clone of a Cinnabon
Really good the first time around making them. My husband loved them! I think I will try a bit less flour and maybe more yeast to get a little more light and fluffy, but overall a 5 star recipe as is!

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Absolutely fantastic! I had never made zucchini bread before, nor did I ever like zucchini! My husband had several large zucchinis from the garden and convinced me to make this bread. I only changed a couple of things - I used 2/3 cup white sugar and 2/3 cup brown sugar, and then 2/3 cup of applesauce and 1/3 cup of oil. It made 2 loaves - one loaf I added crushed walnuts and the other loaf was chocolate chips. My husband, kids, and I are absolutely loving it!
