Hands down the best chocolate cake recipe I've ever used. I've found that it needs a good 10-15 minutes more of bake time than the recipe states and since my husband loves it extra chocolatey I use milk chocolate squares instead of the unsweetened ones and often double the amount of chocolate. Absolutely amazing with a cream cheese frosting!

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Wings

I did this recipe with pheasant wings and it was delicious. I used Chipotle Tabasco sauce instead of the hot pepper sauce and since we love things spicy upped the amount to about a Tb. Used a few cloves of fresh garlic instead of powdered and skipped the salsa. The sauce seemed pretty scant when it was all put in the slow cooker so since I wanted super tender pheasant wings I added about a cup and a half of chicken broth to cover and then let it cook back down at the end with a little cornstarch to thicken. The flavor was amazing! We had extra sauce at the end which I'm using tonight over a roast!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Wow, I had no idea what to expect with these but they were great! I used half peanut butter and half almond butter, and followed another reviewers recommendation to add just a few tablespoons of flour. Will definitely be making these again soon!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Absolutely wonderful! Make sure to leave extra time for the reduction, it took 2 to 3 times longer than expected. Worth the time!

Turkey Cabbage Rolls

Amazing! I did some adding and changing according to what I had in my kitchen and other reviewers ideas - I used a pink tomato vodka sauce, added toasted garlic, and used leftover chicken off the grill instead of the turkey. I also added a little grated sharp white cheddar cheese in the last few minutes of baking. We will be making this again and again!

Pumpkin Muffins II

These were unbelievable! I made two changes - used canned pumpkin and left out the allspice as I didn't have any. The flavor was wonderful, not at all bland like other pumpkin muffin recipes I've tried. Our new favorite!

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Absolutely wonderful! Tastes great cooked exactly like the recipe and is easily tweaked to compliment different foods. Some of our favorite additions are pepper and a little fresh crushed garlic.
