My name's Nathaly, I'm 23 years old and from Dominican Republic. I have a 1 year old baby girl names Miranda Rose. I am currently working at a Hotel in Punta Cana in the Administration, have been there for three years already. I love Italian and Mexican. My favorite things to cook are salads and pasta and anything Mexican, posole, mole, chilaquiles, tacos, enchiladas, etc... Well my family doesn't have any traditions in the cooking area but I do like to cook with music, it just makes me more inspired to cook when I listen to a hot merengue or salsa song. Not many as I'm no expert but I had to host a party for my boyfriend's coworkers and they absolutely loved the menu I prepared for them, it was simple and easy but they loved it just the same. I once burned a turkey for Christmas and my mother had to go out and get one from a local market that thankfully was still open. I was so embarassed because my one job was to check the turkey but I was distracted by a phone call and completely forgot about it. But hey, I was fifteen at the time.
