Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
My husband said this tasted "gourmet, like I could only get it on a cruise ship!" We really enjoyed this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly the first time and the topping melted all over the pan. The second time I didn't add the parmesan to the topping mixture until right before putting it on the fish and it worked like a charm and it stayed on the fish!
