Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake
I had never made a cheesecake in my life - I was so surprised by the ease of baking this one. The family and friends just went crazy over this-will need to make 2 the next time. I had a problem with the cracking too, so next time I'll do the water bath, grease & flour, let it sit in the oven with the door cracked open to cool. (obviously I just now read the other reviews!) I also used extra butter in the crust portion..it just felt too crumbly to hold together without it.
I'll make this one again, and again, and again, and again............
