My name is Laura. I am a stay-at -home mom and the wife a terrific guy. I absolutely love my slow cooker and my griddle. I also am the baker of my family and always do the birthday and special occasion cakes and desserts. The holidays are my favorite time to bake. My mom and my sister and I always get together and bake the Christmas cookies, and then everyone brings a dish or two to the holiday dinners. I came up with a super easy no bake cheesecake recipe that everyone loves. I am usually pretty good about being able to take a recipe and adjust it to make it mine. The first time I made pumpkin pie for thanksgiving, I forgot to add the sugar! It was humiliating. It just so happens that that was the year we had a bunch of guests too.
