Currintly i am a second year student at Central Montco Technical High School. I love to cook and i come from a verry Italian family. I also have some German in me. I love cooking Italian and asian food. I was in Japan not to study the food but i did pick up some tips on how to prepair some of he differnt styles of food. Chicken Marsalla has been passed through my family like hot cakes. My Great Grandmom brought the recipie over from Italy and passed it to my grand pop who passed it to my mom who passed it to me. I have been makeing it in school and it has been a big hit. I will soon post this recipie up but i will never reveil the secret we use behind it.
