To Die For Blueberry Muffins

WOW! I did everything according to the recipe, even no changes for the high altitude and they were to die for! Better and ALOT cheaper than a bakery muffin. One suggestion, just fill muffin cups 1/2 or 2/3 full...unless you like a big muffin top, which I think is great! Will make these again and again! Super fast and easy and sooo delicious!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

I doubled this recipe so I could set half aside to serve to my daycare. I ended up having to get into what I set aside because my kids were asking for seconds. So I had to make a meal the next day for daycare, but it was worth it. Will make this again for sure!

Polenta

Polenta and stew is my favorite family dish. My grandma always buys Italian Harvest polenta and I buy what I can find. Many grocery stores sell "polenta" in boxes and in bags. But yes you can buy corn meal too.

Everyone loved it. Next time I want to try it with half ground beef half italian sausage like others suggested. I think it was good with the white sauce, but I think it would be fine without it too if you don't have the extra time.

Best Tuna Casserole

I had to go with a four because my daycare kids didn't touch it.:( I thought it was pretty good though. I added an extra can of soup and mixed in the cheese instead of putting it on top. My husband was disappointed we weren't having it for dinner. I'll make it again for my family, but not for work.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Super Easy! I added celery and carrots. I cooked it on slow for seven hours and then turned it up to high. I removed the celery and carrots and added the biscuits (just one can) and let them cook for two hours. We didn't have any leftovers. :)

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Love it!! I've never made corned beef before and this turned out so good!! I didn't have the vinegar on hand so I skipped that and the cabbage. Instead of just water I did one can of chicken broth and then added water until roast was covered. I had the veggies on the top and bottom. It was in the slow cooker for 8hrs. My husband likes it crispy so when he got home he put in the oven for about 40 mins on 350. Everyone loved it and the kids asked for seconds-always a plus!
