Loved these, I'm a big potatoe fan so these were right up my alley. Took a little long to cook but totally worth it

I know a lot of people said this was rubbery but I've made it twice not and it was perfect each time. the strawberries came out more like a jam. Everyone who tried loved it. So I made it again for a potluck. Plus it's very easy to make. I used fresh strawberries and crushed them with the bottom of a cup. Maybe those who had trouble with it being rubbery made it with frozen strawberries.

Everyone thought this was great, we actually used blackberries instead of blueberries. I also had a hard time cutting it, but overall I would make this again.
