Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
This was very good and everyone enjoyed it. I too used pre-cooked shrimp and cut up the avocado ahead of time and had it marinate with everything else. Thank you.

Chicken and Lentils with Rosemary
Really enjoyed this recipe, The kids both ate it all up. I did not add the pimento since I had none. Will make again.
