First time I've ever made Brunswick stew and although it took a while to make, it was easy. I omitted the ground beef and added lima beans. My bbq sauce was a combo hickory and honey. While it was good, I will probably make sure the bbq sauce isn't a sweet flavor. This is excellent and I will definitely make again. (I made it for a crock pot luncheon at a senior citizen apartment complex and it all got gone!)
