Amazing Simple Thai Tofu
bit dry and not to flavorful. Needed something soon as i figure what it is i will post my changes. Great in a pinch for a vegetarian main.

I tripled this recipe (in a gigantic bowl mind you) and it turned out great. Used the cookies for a cookie exchange.

Alicia's Aloo Gobi
Great a simple dish. It seemed a bit daunting when i was looking at the recipe but once i got started it flowed together and was a hit. Truly tasted like something from an Indian kitchen.
