We made this dish yesterday for dinner. It was very easy to make and tastes great! The veges could be cut up and placed in the dish and refrigerated for baking the next day for dinner (just to make things even easier). Adding parmesian cheese (as suggested by others) was a great idea...added extra flavor. We're going to try adding mushrooms next time. A fresh salad as a side dish would go great with this dish for dinner. Thanks for sharing this receipe! We'll definitely make this a regular item for our family menu!
