Pumpkin Waffles with Apple Cider Syrup
My 8 year old and I just made the waffles and used our own syrup because that's all the attention span we have: Yummy and quick! What more do you need for a nice fall breakfast?

Cheese Cake Cups
I also followed the suggestions given in the review, and they turned out wonderfully. I love that it's simple enough to involve the kids, particularly if you put the mixture in a ziplock freezer bag and cut a corner to pipe it into the cupcake tin.
