Cali's Sinful Creme Brulee
This is my first time making creme brulee and it turns out excellent! I made it twice within several days. Reduced chocolate to only 1 1/2 tbsp as I thought it was too much. And the second time I accidentally added sugar into the batter but it all turns out well. Will definitely re-use this recipe.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
This is a delicious banana bread I've ever baked. Just added 2 tbsp of sourcream and 2 cups of choc chips. I increased flour to 2 1/4 cups...half the recipe was gone when my husband saw it! Thanks Saseigel :)

Broccoli Chicken Casserole IV
I used 1/4 cup of milk instead of 1/2 and it turns out less 'runny' and also used boiled fresh broccoli instead of frozen....it tastes good and what I like most about this recipe, it made my mother-in-law 'clean-up' the bowl.
