This was FANTASTIC! The only changes I made were to include the juice from the diced tomatoes, I put in a handful of basil in the end, and pureed the entire batch. I also put 1/2 cup of half and half. The results were phenomenal will make again and again!!

Artichoke Chicken

great recipe! scaled it down to 2 for just me and my sister. i browned the chicken in olive oil and garlic first and made my mixture almost all sour cream and a dollop of mayonnaise. i put bread crumbs on the chicken and paprika on top of the mixture. my very picky sister loved it!

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

I may have overgreased the pan with PAM so i had to put the brownies in for another 15 minutes. i was worried that they were too gooey so i put them in the fridge and after about an hour they had a perfect consistency! my boyfriend raved about it and his roommate said it was the best brownie he ever had. def worth the trouble!!
