Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

I made these using the suggestions of others... I only used 3 potatoes (which was more than enough for my boyfriend & I - with plenty of leftovers). I drizzled them with olive oil, sprinkled them with kosher salt, ground black pepper, and brown sugar. Put them on baking sheets with greased foil, baked them at 400 for 20 mins, turned them over, and baked at 425 for 15 more minutes. Perfection!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I only made the meatballs, but they were awesome. I used jarred sauce (I know, I know, but I didn't think to make my own and didn't have the ingredients on hand). They cooked in about an hour and made the jarred sauce divine! Update: I finally made the sauce a few times and it's great. I like to use fresh Jersey tomatoes though - yum!

Pepperoni Bread

I made this several times over the holiday season. I always added extra garlic and did a wash with olive oil on the inside and outside. Perfect! Everyone loved it!

Chicken and Dumplings III

I modified, like many others. I added some cans of mixed veggies and instead of using Cream of Celery, I used Cream of Chicken. I also boiled the chicken with some chicken broth.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

My boyfriend, who normally will not eat anything that ketchup has been near, loved it! I used Worcestershire sauce with the brown sugar/ketchup mix, and added some to meat and glazed the rest over top.
