These were also yummy. The ideal consistency was really challenging. Would add only the liquid from 1 can of garbanzo beans instead of both.

Apple Pie I

I made this with pumpkin instead of apple, it turned out really well! Used brown sugar instead of white sugar. Also snuck some rum into the mix.

Creamy Scallop Chowder

Delicious! Added carrots, potatoes, more flour. Would add corn. Used vegetable broth instead of white wine = no extra salt added. No parsley. Is also good with a little bit of chili powder sprinkled on it.
