Absolutely incredible! I've made this twice already, and gotten many compliments! Don't change a thing until after you've tasted this! Follow the directions exactly, and you won't be disappointed :)

Baked Pork Chops I

The only issue I had with this recipe was the directions. After the pork chops have been fried and placed into the oven, they should only be in there no more than 35-40. Otherwise, you'll have some dry pork chops when they oven goes off

Swanson® Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Excellent base recipe for some awesome mashed potatoes! I first tried it according to the recipe and found it not quite to my personal liking. Next time I tried it, I used heavy cream, garlic powder, and butter. Whatever you do, don't add salt! the chicken broth has more than enough salt in it.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

I cannot believe a recipe that has all canned goods could be absolutely delicious! According to other reviewers, I didn't want a watery soup, so I added a can of cream of chicken. With this additional can you need some extra spices. So, I used garlic powder and some cumin-and perfection! Best served on tortilla chips with some cheese on top.

Grilled Salmon I

This was my first attempt at ever cooking fish, and it turned out great. As one reviewer suggested baking it; that is exactly what I did. Grilling will be my next attempt on this, but as far as the ingredients go, it was good.

Perfect Sushi Rice

I did exactly as the recipe was, and the rice was nasty. There was just too much vinegar. I decided to try again, but with less vinegar. Unfortunately still no good, there was just too much sugar. I will not be using this again

This recipe doesn't earn the 5 star when followed exactly. My husband suggested more onion, less salt, and more garlic. The next time I prepare this, it really will be a keeper recipe.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Amazing recipe! I took others advice by using 6 red delicious apples rather than the granny smith ( I do not like anything tart ). I used 1 tbsp. vanilla (subtracted 1 tbsp of water), 1 tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

Simple enough. I didn't have turkey stock so I used chicken. It turned out nice enough, but if served without gravy/cranberry sauce, then it would have been a disappointing turkey.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Amazing! I did make many changes though. I just didn't have the time to put the complete time into it. I first used the stove top turkey stuffing, then I used pork sausage (this is what I had in my freezer). I added one small onion to the sausage. After it was done, I added it to the prepared turkey stuffing. Next I chopped up the parsley and apple. I attempted to make my own version of dried cranberries; big mistake. In the end, I didn't add that into it and excluded the turkey liver. Surprisingly it turned out amazing!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Wonderful! I made it as is and my husband loved it. After his first bowl, I added 1 1/2 tsp. of red pepper flakes to add more spice. He liked this adjustment better since he loves spicy food.
