There really isn't anything too interesting about me. I do love to cook for my family though!

I like a lot of chinese dishes, such as: tempura shrimp, curry. As for Japanese: Yaki Soba, Misou Soup. As for American: Stuffed chicken, chili cheese dogs (doesn't really require cooking), and beef stew

Turkey on Thanksgiving, and ham on Christmas

Oven chicken (it always comes out dry!!!!)

Graham Cracker Crust I
It was an easy crust. Nothing real special about it. I would suggest baking it in the oven for 5-10 minutes before using it for your pie.

Baked Potato Soup
The soup was amazing! I followed the recipe exactly. I boiled the potatoes rather than baked. When I make this soup again, I will try the baked method and I would NOT add all that basil. There really was too much.

Creamy Corn Soup
It isn't as thick as I would have imagined, but with a little extra flour, it was alright. I pureed the corn and added it to the soup.
