Brilliant Sauteed Broccoli
I just prepared this broccoli to serve with my Shepard's Pie, which hasn't been accepted on this site yet. I paired this with my Pie because the sweet & spicy flavor really went well with it. My Pie has ketchup and mustard in the chicken mix, which has a slightly sweet & spicy flavor itself. This broccoli was fantastic to ME, yet the pre-teen daughters did NOT approve, guess they didn't appreciate the sweet they said. Hrm, still really good to me, don't want to modify it, so pft on them, they eat buttered and salted broccoli with ease, so that's what THEY'LL get. :P

Banana Banana Bread
This banana bread was fantastic, yes. It was moist, yes. It was VERY banana-y. Although, despite reading the comments as always, and making sure carefully to not OVERmix, it still came out VERY dense. Seems unavoidable, pft, besides bananas ARE heavy. I also drizzled honey lightly zigzagged across the top of the bread and ever so lightly sprinkled light brown sugar into the dips and dents, gave it the tangy edge. So, just know this banana bread is fabulous and it comes out the way it's supposed to be, nice enough for a filling breakfast, no doubt. :P
