Moist Carrot Cake
this cake is amazaing! i've made it twice in the last week ... no one actually believed i made it from scratch so had to make it again!
i did follow the other reviews n decreased the oil to 1 cup tho i think 3/4th cup wud be enuff as well n i replaced half the sugar with brown sugar ... it compromised the color a lil but it tasted g8 both times
