Although this is not like a traditional southern baked macaroni it is still very nice. I will keep this on hand for when I have no eggs :) I did add cheese just because of all the reviewers suggestions. I eyeballed how much.

Spinach Mushroom Quiche

This was the best recipe I have ever gotten off of allrecipes! My children and husband gobbled it up and my husband's only request was that next time I make two!!! I even substituted the half and half for whipping cream and the Monterey Jack for Chedder cheese (only because that is what I had on hand). This will be a regular dish in my home!

Really Basic Peanut Butter Cookies

I grew up eating these cookies and making them with my mom and siblings. Now me and my kids make them together. I'm going to try the recipe with Nutella (hope I spelled it right) next.

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

This tasted yummy! It did not thicken up enough for my satisfaction. However another user pointed out that real butter is thicker than margarine. I will try this recipe again with real butter because I loved the taste.

Cream Filled Cupcakes

I'm not a very good cook, so I expected the recipe to turn out so-so b/c of my abilities. I was so surprised when this turned out great. My 10 and 7 yr old helped. I love the cake recipe itself and will use it to make any chocolate cupcakes from now on. Also, stuffing the cupcakes was easy with a syringe (unsure about my spelling). Thanks for the recipe and new found confidence in my cooking, LOL.

Mackerel Spread

I was very pleased with this recipe. Everyone loved it, including my children ages 2-10. I used a 15oz can of Mackerel and it was so simple!

Tom Szaller's Great Pan or Bird Stuffing

This was different from any I have ever had. However, it fit right in with my southern/cajun family style. It was an excellent addition. It was also my first time making the stuffing so I'm proof it's a doable recipe.

Banana Pudding IV

Everyone loved it. I have made a different variation of banana pudding every year (for 5 or more years) and this is the first time ppl said they liked this recipe better than our childhood recipe (which consisted of 3 ingredients). Thanks!

Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

This is a great recipe. It was quick, cheap, and easy. I did add some potatoes that I had on hand but it would of been fine without the potatoes. Perfect recipe for a busy mom.
