Easy Meatloaf
This did not hold up for me at all. It was very soggy and the meatloaf its self didn't have any flavor. I thought for sure I messed up the recipe, but I didn't! Bummer! It might be all right with less milk and some more seasoning! As written, it is pretty much the ONLY thing I have ever made that my husband wouldn't eat. The entire pan went to waste!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I think these have 5 star potential, but mine didn't quite make it. Mine turned out super flat and undercooked. Next time, I will probably have to bake closer to 11 minutes, and I might try adding a little bit of extra flour to tighten the dough up a little.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
Wow. This is outstanding. I also had a little bit of trouble following the directions and thought they were a little tedious. Plus, staring with cooking the chicken, making the sauce and assembling the lasagna DID take a long time. It took me a good hour and a half. In the end, it was all worth it. I stayed pretty true to the ingredients, but I used half of the amount of spinach and I used a "pizza cheese" blend instead of the plain mozzarella. The blend had smoked mozzarella, and it seems to have helped ramp up the flavor a little. I will definitely make this again.
