I have been on a Vegan diet since April 2008, and it has been a wonderfully interesting experience cooking without meat, fish, dairy, eggs, and honey! Most of my dishes are fresh salads, but I was challeneged when I needed to find a good chocolate cake recipe for my daughter's 1st birthday (she is allergic to eggs). But I found one and it was amazing!!!! I was very proud of myself. (Re: My profile picture, guys!) :o)
