I am a stay-at-home father with one child, Max, who was born in 2007. I love to cook for my wife and I can not wait to be able to cook for my entire family. I love to entertain friends at my house, although I don't do it as often as I used to (thanks Max... j/c I love you!) I love to cook roasts, poultry, fish, italian dishes, & all types of salads Lasagna on Christmas day, brewing "birthday beers" Perfecting Pulled Pork... finally! Also, seeing the smiles on everyone's face while they eat my chicken wings! Anytime I bake a cake... I would love to get better at it, but right now it's a challenge.
